Easy Creamy Mexican Skillet

















Ingredients:
1 lb. ground beef
1 t. chili powder
1/2 t. cumin
1/2 t. garlic powder
1/2 t. salt
4  oz. reduced fat cream cheese
1/2 c. fat free sour cream
1 c. salsa
1/2 – 1 lb. no yolks egg noodles, cooked and drained


Directions:
1. Brown ground beef with seasonings in a large skillet. Drain. Stir in cream cheese, sour cream and salsa until cream cheese is completely melted.
2. Add cooked egg noodles to the skillet and toss to coat. Serve and enjoy!
